Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

If you become aware of a need to cancel your order for any purchase, you must notify Right3D before dispatch. Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled. A refund will be issued using the original payment method once cancellation has been processed and finalised. If the order is a custom build order, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

A 14-day return period is available once you have received your purchase. Within this period an order can be returned for a refund if :-

  • The items are in the same condition they were received. Any damage or alterations to the items after their successful delivery will result in the items being ineligible for a refund.
  • A valid proof of purchase is found or supplied showing the item delivery within the 14 day time frame.

To return your product with in this time period, you should first contact Right3D using our contact form or email contact@right3d.co.uk . Once verified a email reply will instruct you where and how to return your item(s). Once received the item will be inspected. If eligible a refund will be processed usually within 2 to 5 days.

Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Return postage costs will be covered by you. Upon a successful return if the item has been found to be wrong, defective or damaged postage costs will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@right3d.co.uk.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Contact us at contact@right3d.co.uk for questions related to refunds and returns. or use the supplied contact form page found here.
